Blue Frost Events is a New Jersey-based business that specializes in customized Party favors, Décor and Goodies. Not to mention the custom design for cakes, sweet treats, flowers and invitations. What makes Blue Frost unique to other party planners is that the Creative designers consult directly with each client to establish a theme, as well as the look and feel for their occasion/event. The concepts and designs will fulfill all of the client’s personal tastes and needs. Extreme attention to detail and colors are some of Blue Frost’s strengths.

Elizabeth Cesaro is a creative designer, passionate visionary, world traveler, and entrepreneur.  She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City with a Bachelor Fashion Advertising. She has worked in Creative and Fashion Design for 10 years before deciding to pursue a career in Party Design.
